What is YallaBuyIt?

YallaBuyIt Deals will deliver you one email a day that will contain unbeatable deal. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, we get discounts you won't find anywhere else. We call it "Group buying power!"

Today’s deal looks awesome! I want to buy! Now what?

Just click "BUY It" before the offer ends. If the minimum number of people sign up, we'll charge your card and send you your YallaBuyIt Voucher to print. If not enough people join, no one gets it (and you won't be charged), so invite your friends to make sure you get the deal!

I bought a Deal - how do I use it?

First you have to wait for the deal to be over. There is a running clock on each deal and once time expires, we process everyone’s credit cards. You’ll receive an email saying your deal is ready to be redeemed and you will find the instruction to redeem.

I missed yesterday’s deal, can I still join it?

Unfortunately, no. Each YallaBuyIt deal has a very specific window of availability. We may do a similar deal in the future, but we offer no guarantees, allow no backorders, and have no waiting/notification lists. But… don’t fret! You should still send us an email and tell us you’re sad you missed out on the deal- you never know, we may be able to work some magic.

When will the voucher expire?

The expiration date will be stated on the voucher and in the restrictions to the deal on our website. This expiration date is binding, except where prohibited by law.

Does the Deal have to be used the same day I buy it?

No way. Most of our deals have an expiration date listed on your voucher.

Is an ID required to redeem my voucher?

Yes, please always bring a valid government ID with you when redeeming your voucher. If you give a voucher to someone as a gift, that person should bring his/her ID when redeeming. The merchant may record your name and address to prevent fraud and counterfeiting.

If I don't use the full value of the YallaBuyIt in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. Bring a friend - share a little!

Can I combine my YallaBuyIt with other offers or specials?

No... not unless the YallaBuyIt specifically states otherwise.

Am I billed as soon as I join YallaBuyIt?

Nope. You get to pick and choose what deals you like to purchase. Like a deal that day? Buy it and we’ll charge you later that day. Don’t like it? Don’t worry - you're not charged anything, we’ll have another great deal for you the next day!

Is YallaBuyIt Deals safe?

Yes. We wouldn’t have it any other way. We take the security of your personal information very seriously and utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your information. Additionally, we don't sell your personal information to any third parties - including merchants who you have purchased a deal.

Why was my credit card declined?

If you've received a 'credit card declined' notice, this can be attributed to a number of factors, including: 1) credit card number entered incorrectly 2) security code (found on the rear of most credit cards, except AMEX) not entered 3) incorrect expiration date.
